The world was stunned over the Halloween weekend when over 150 people were killed and even more were injured in a crowd crush in Seoul, South Korea.
On October 29, an estimated 100,000 people attended a Halloween event at the popular party destination of Itaewon in Seoul.
The lively district is filled with steep and narrow alleyways on either side of the main road.
Just after 10pm, witnesses reported seeing crowds rushing in different directions and people losing their footing, causing a domino effect.

Individuals at the top of the slope began to fall on individuals at the bottom, leaving them unable to move.
Ambulances were dispatched but the area was so crowded that they had difficulty getting to the scene.
Meanwhile, regular people were trying their best to help, with some performing CPR on the unconscious people around them.
The Korean government has launched an investigation into the incident while the country has started a week of national mourning.
